Twenty years across three sectors that share the same problem: continuous process plant that has to run safely every day while the money to renew it is argued over. The sectors differ in their regulators, their contracts and their failure modes, and we have worked inside all three.
Water and wastewater
Water utilities and councils, desalination and recycled water scheme operators, O&M contractors, and the design and construct contractors who build for them.
Ageing treatment plants and networks with incomplete asset data; capital plans that cannot be defended to a regulator or a board; reverse osmosis and membrane plants with high-pressure equipment failures; chemical dosing upgrades that need a HAZOP; regulatory compliance for pressure equipment.

Fixed plant maintenance engineering in the Pilbara, shutdown coordination at a uranium mine, engineering and maintenance management of gas-field water treatment and power facilities, and materials handling design to CEMA standards.
