The challenge
The plant's annual condition assessment had to produce a capital plan the operator could put to the asset owner with confidence, covering ten years of renewals.

Condition assessment of the plant's mechanical, process and electrical assets with photographic evidence; remaining life and criticality review; a ten-year capital plan with costs and timing.
The outcome
A capital plan with the evidence behind each line, and a repeatable assessment that can be updated each year.
