The challenge
A large beef processing plant needed a complete maintenance program in SAP: strategies, task lists, spares and work instructions for a plant with hundreds of maintainable items and continuous production.
What we did
Led the maintenance build from asset data through strategy workshops to SAP load sheets, with work instructions written for the site's maintainers; at a second plant, condition assessment and asset replacement planning for key assets.
The outcome
A loaded, running maintenance program and a replacement plan for key assets at the second plant.
